Fatal FOAM Error: does not have neighbour cell face

I have uploaded the error that is showing, the blockMeshDict file and the geometry im working on.. Please provide a specific reason. I did go through all the threads which are related and still am finding myself in a no man's land:).. Please help me with a specific reason:confused:

looks like you have just forgot to define block 9 and 10
