I know there is a similar post to this, but it doesn't match exactly and I can't figure out how to adapt it to my own.
I'm having the following error:
--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
Trying to specify a boundary face 3(0 42 3) on the face on cell 196 which is either an internal face or already belongs to some other patch. This is face 0 of patch 0 named wall.
From function polyMesh::setTopology
const cellShapeList& cellsAsShapes,
const faceListList& boundaryFaces,
const wordList& boundaryPatchNames,
in file meshes/polyMesh/polyMeshFromShapeMesh.C at line 357.
Aborted (core dumped)
I am also a novice at this and trying to run T shaped simulation. How can I resolve this issue??

Have you solved the problem yet? For issues like that it is usually a good idea to post the blockMeshDict file so that other users can spot the error.
