kjetil Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2009 Location: Norway Posts: 137 Rep Power: 17	Dear Foamers, I'm trying to merge two meshes, where one of them is created in Gambit. It finds the right directories and cases - however, it fails when it comes to "zones" ... returning cell zone names: 1 ( fluid ) Copying old patches Adding new patches. Illegal zoneID 0 for face 131072#0 <snip> Any suggestion on how to improve this? Is it because the blockMesh-mesh does not create zones?
