Ramnik is on a distinguished road

I am trying to generate a mesh foe the following geometry

I have manages to merge face properly but the checkmesh fails due to high skewnwss..

Please suggest a way to reduce the skewness, or if not possible with thi s block structure, please suggest me a way to mesh this geometry with blockmesh.

Thanks in advance
