Default Netgen: double triangles on overlapping parts

kontra is on a distinguished road
For a surface mesh with Netgen,
when two surfaces overlap I get a duplicated mesh on the overlapping part.
healing tool doesn't work.
How can I avoid that?
(I tried the input file in both brep and iges format)
