Hi,
i am wondering if i am the only One Stepping from One problem to the Next. i finally got myself to run the openfoam Tutorial cavity problem and to got used to paraview. i thought i could go ahead and i managed to create a structered Mesh im gmesh...just a Channel to get the hagen-poiseulle Flow where i can validate the result with the Analytical Solution. i followed the Tutorials, where i Converted the geo-file Into msh-file with gmsh file.geo -3 -o file.msh. and then with gmshtofoam file.msh -case case_dir. What can go wrong here? just 2 steps...and it fails during gmshtofoam because no vertices etc. can be found. i Need some advice here. Thanks in advance George |
