CAD and openFOAM
 
dear all,
taking a CAD file as input, does anyone have experience of meshing this?

Dear Erik,

there is a good tool in OpenFoam 1.5: snappyHexMesh
if you can export your geometry to stl (triangulated surface) the you may use it even for highly complex geometry.

Works also in parallel...
