[Other] createBaffles error Converted 0 faces into boundary faces in patches

i am trying to create a very simple blockMesh which im later gonna use for Snappy. My blockMesh is a single block. I want to use createBaffles utility to make some internal patches as boundary patches . Making use of topoSet, i was able to make the SET folder in constant/polymesh and was successful in extracting the patches. But the next step which is to run createBaffles does not work and this error come "Converted 0 faces into boundary faces in patches". createBaffle dict was copied from tutorial oscillatingInletACMI2D. my problem is something similar to that.

Can anyone please let me know why that error is coming ?
