Hi All,
Hope that you will be doing doing great and enjoying CFD. I have a problem. I am trying to generate mesh for a simple crucible geometry using sHM. And Also I am using snapyEdge with that to improve the mesh interms of geometric details. Now I have two prblems: 1- I need to generate very thin boundary layer but addlayer doesn't seem to work properly. It fails at some places and at some places it work. 2- Addlayer process seems to harm my geometry, what could I be doing wrong? you help in this matter would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Awais I hope the picture story below would help you understand the issues. |

Did you solve this problem? I have a similar issue with a boat geometry. In places I have layers but in others I have non. Changing featureAngle to 180 helped quite a bit but it's still not perfect.
Regards, Mark |
