Viscometer with falling cargo

Actually, the problem is simple, but my lack of experience complicates her decision :)
There is a tube, sealed at both ends of the tube, liquid in this tube and falling to her under the force of gravity cylindrical cargo with the frontal part in the form of a hemisphere. When cargo going down, liquid flows upward through annular gap between cargo and wall of the tube. Have cargo's velocity, density, pressure, temperature, viscosity, all constants. Question: Is it possible to build such a model in Fluent? If yes, how? Thank you in advance.
