[Commercial meshers] dividing a volume into many parts

Good morning
I'm studying mass and heat transfer into a solar chimney and I would like to divide the geometric model to many parts. this will facilitate the meshing of every part in Gambit. Please can someone help me?

I have to mesh a solar chimney in gambit (figure 1) (3D) and I would like to divide the geometry model in 3 parts (the chimney, the collector and the transition section) using the unreal plan method and then mesh every part separetly like in figure 2.
Please can someone help me?
