[Gmsh] GMsh - 2D working fine. 3D will not resolve.

I have created a wing in a control volume and the 2D meshing looks all good but doesn't seem to want to mesh in 3D. I sat for about an hour as it kept working but didn't give a 3D mesh.

Here is a pic of the .geo with a 2D mesh on it and here is the .geo file.

I tried to use the other 3D meshers but it also says that tetgen is not compile for gmsh. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
