Really. My boss wanna see difference in Cx,Cy between 2D characteristics and numerical simulation of the real testbed.

Somebody should be more persistent.

At first, OF manual told us:
"surfaceTransformPoints
Transform (scale/rotate) a surface. Like transformPoints but for surfaces"

There are few examples in the OF UM about transformPoints, so i think after that it is less complex.

So i've tried

surfaceTransformPoints -scale '(1000 1000 1000)'

and it really works.
So ask Google, try "--help" before you asking people on forum
