Hi FOAMers,
I used snappyHexMesh to generate mesh in my geometry which includes some internal walls and some boundaries. I apply checkMesh to see the result which is as follow: Checking patch topology for multiply connected surfaces... Patch Faces Points Surface topology frontAndBack 0 0 ok (empty) inlet 0 0 ok (empty) outlet 0 0 ok (empty) lowerWall 0 0 ok (empty) upperWall 0 0 ok (empty) InternalWalls_patch 579220 591327 ok (closed singly connected) As it shows, number of points and faces for my boundaries is zero, it means that it didn't calculate any surface for them? Also InternalWalls_patch is a internal group which snappy created it for me. Thank you for any comment and help. Last edited by gooya_kabir; November 7, 2013 at 16:40. |
