[snappyHexMesh] entries in refinement region were not used -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

kasto89 New Member Fabrizio Join Date: Feb 2014 Posts: 10 Rep Power: 12	hello everybody, i'm meshing a simple cylinder connected to 2 conduct, the first in the upper and the other in the lower side of the body. i have some problems in the castelleted step. I can not refine the cylinder and the upper conduct with the "distance" principle in refinementRegions i tried to split the stl with surfaceSplit and give the stl file instead of the name of the region but snappy does not use the surface.. anyone have suggestion? Thank's fabrizio
