Suppose, we have an OpenFOAM mesh, and we quantify its mesh metrics through:

checkMesh -allTopology

As a result, the following warning sometimes appears:

Number of faces with non-consecutive shared points: xxx. This might indicate a problem.

This message warns the user that OpenFOAM's check for whether common vertices are consecutive on both faces or not, was failed. Yet OpenFOAM does not raise the message as an error, and mostly its precise detrimental effects on prospective solutions remain unclear.

Is there any strategy to avoid the warning prior to mesh generation? If not, is there any post-mesh-way to remove it out?
