Hi,
I am trying to simulate a rotating propellor similar to the tutorial. I have run the tutorial using OF 5.0. I want to know how the innercylindersmall_slave patch is created from snappyhexmesh. Because there is only one file and from the same file how two patches are created..? Thanks. |

Hi!
If I'm correct it is made in the refinementSurfaces/innerCylinderSmall entry where you define the faceType as boundary. So you split the mesh with walls. Then in the createPatch utility you correct it and create the cyclicAMI interface between them. You can find a detailed descripton about the snappyHexMeshDict here: https://github.com/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM...ppyHexMeshDict |
