Problem with mesh conversion - how to set the physical properties

Recently I mesh a tube using Gambit, and I use fluentMeshToFoam to transfer it into OpenFOAM mesh. But I set fluid area and solid area, how can I set the physical properties of the areas? And are there any examples to teach me which file is needed in the case?
