Hello everyone,
I found some limitation with snappyHexMesh or OF. will be more than glad if you can confirm that for me.

1. I create a block with blockMesh, and the block is 1000m far away from (0 0 0). Then use SnappyHexMesh to for a cube inside the block.
Then CheckMesh, there are highly aspect ratio even zero volume.

2 I create the same size block with blockMesh, but the block is 10 m far away from (0 0 0), then use SHM for a cube inside the block.
then checkMesh, the Mesh is OK!

Since I just copied the whole case, then modify the blockMeshDict, so I am pretty sure for the different cases above, the only difference is the distance to (0 0 0).

Does anyone can confirm this for me?
Does anyone performed some simulation with computational domain around 1000m far away from origion?

Thank you so much!
