High aspect ratio microchannel

Hello all
I am trying to simulate laminar flow in a microchannel with high aspect ratio about 500 for a microchannel with 2 micron depth and I can not reduce the element size less than 3 micron because of the out of memory problem. When I tried 3 micron element size in the body, the results do not validated by analytical. Is there any help to solve this problem? Thanks, |
