grid for laminar flow
 

Dear OF-users,

For turbulent flow the grid at the wall is based on the y+ value.

But for a laminar flow how can I determine the height of the first cell and the number of cells in the boundary layer ?

Any guideline or recommendations are welcome.

Grid size independence. Keep refining your mesh until you are satisfied with the (little) change in solution.
