VTKtoFOAM need converter or help building
 

If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great, very new to openfoam.

I just finished the same task from another type of mesh (directly from memory) with the same info a basic VTK (only geometry) holds. (still I need to do the patch detecting phase)

Check the Netgen Neutral to Foam conversion, wich includes a patch detecting proccess. ccm24 (or something like that) to FOAM is also very ilustrating, the blockmesh code as well serves as a base.
