Hi all
i would like use prisms extruded by 2d triangles generated by a delaunay mesher. I am struggling with the mesh file format in use by OpenFoam. I am using a very simple model to understand the proper content of the files: a cube composed two prisms connected by the common face. Running the checkMesh utility i have several errors. Particularly two cells are detected one prism and one tet wedge. Furthermore the model is seen as open. But i do not understand where the error can be. Attached you can find the OpenFoam files (points, faces, owner, neighbour, boundary) and the report generated by checkMesh utility. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me neri alamanni Last edited by neri.alamanni; August 27, 2010 at 03:43. |

I have the same error. Documentation and solution will be at https://github.com/richelbilderbeek/...eek/issues/179
after I fixed the error.
