Open surface - geometry imported from solidworks

1 Attachment(s)
Hello,

I'm trying to use snappyHexMesh to mesh an internal flow, but we have mesh inside and outside the stl surface. I'm exporting the stl files from solidworks in ASCII format with the maximum possible refinement.

When checking the surface by

Code:

surfaceCheck constant/triSurface/input150.stl
There is the following comment:

Surface is not closed since not all edges connected to two faces:
Number of unconnected parts : 3

As an example, I took a simple cylinder closed by two covers. All the three parts are disconnected as illustrates the figure attached.

Any help would be pretty much appreciated. Thank you,

I am facing this problem too, I create STL by ICEM. there is also "surface is not closed".

How do you fix this? Thanks in advance.
