Default stitchMesh and blockMesh

I have a question about this 2to1 interface thingy.
How do you overcome the fact that blockMesh complains that there is inconsistent overlap between the blocks when you want to use stitchMesh
Do you guys use some other program/trick for this.
Id like to know
