i am new to openfoam and i would like to know how to generate a 3d cylindrical mesh.

Try Salome:
http://www.salome-platform.org/ Create geometry, mesh it and then export to UNV file. Next export unv to openFoam format using ideasUnvToFoam. You can search for tutorials on YT. Best regards |

i got it you fuse two cylinders of different radius and then explode them you will get 5 faces face1 and face 4 are two inner circles
