I was wondering if anybody had any idea as to how I can center my propeller in this cylinder. I am trying to just replace the propeller in the actual propeller case in the pimpldymfoam solver, but I just cant get it to the center.. I am attaching a screenshot.

Judging from your picture it looks like the mesh is generated by snappyHexMesh. If so have you tried using surfaceTransformPoints?

I am using snappyhexmesh. I figured out that I had not selected the option to avoid translating the propeller into positive space when saving as an STL in solidworks. Once I selected that option, the propeller was centered.
