Hi everybody ,
first attached file shows the part of my mesh created by Gambit. the diamond shape is a porous media that I want to simulate the flow around and within it. I used the below topoSetDict to specify a diamond as my porous region: Code:
actions ( { name c0; type cellSet; action new; source rotatedBoxToCell; sourceInfo { origin (0 -0.5 0); i (0.5 0.5 0); j (-0.5 0.5 0); k (1 1 1); } } ); anybody knows why some of cells are eliminated? thanks Mostafa |

I modified the topoSeDict as follows and the problem solved!!!
but I can't understand why these changes solve the problem??? Code:
actions ( { name c0; type cellSet; action new; source rotatedBoxToCell; sourceInfo { origin (0 -0.5 0); i (0.5 0.5 -1); j (-0.5 0.5 0); k (0 0 1); } } ); |
