Problem in snap for wing

Hi, i'm italian so i hope you can understend my problem.

I have to mesh an airplane and the limit in my pc ram force me to use refinment surface level of (5 6).

i can't have a smooth mesh expecially in the leading and trealing edge of the wing and canard. the mesh seems an orange peel.

I try to increment the resolveFeatureAngle till 90 with very negative effect.

i increased all the iteration of the snapControls and the tolerance, but the result is not good.
Code:

    }

        type searchableBox;
        min (-28.0 -20.0 -6.0);
        max ( 28  60 7.5);
    }
};
