Hi I need help, i searched all over the forum but i couldn't found a tutorial or paper about how to set up a case. Can someone point me in the right direction?

As a side note I want to study a backward facing step, and i'm thinking to use pimpeDyMFoam to do teh refinement then switch to simplefoam to simulate the case. Is it a good idea?

Could you give me Hints on how to implement teh dynamic mesh onto simplefoam directly? I would really be happy and grateful if you can help me.
