Dear foamers:
I recently want to calculate the turbulent Couette flow. In order to get the results averaged along the homogeous circular face, I come up with the idea to use the postChannel utility. As in turbulent channel flow, this utility can do the average on the homogenous plane. So, in order to do this similarly, I'd like to convert the mesh to the cylindrical coordinate, so that I can use this utility to do the average. (Just like transforming the cylinder to a plane channel ) . Is there any way to accomplish this? Xianbei |

Hello Xianbei,
Did you solve this problem? I am also interested in doing that in the OpenFOAM. Thank you. Quote:
