Using blockMeshDict to create a 2D mesh for multiple element airfoils

I have modified and transcribed to Python the c-mesh octave script found at the bottom of this page here: http://https://www.hpc.ntnu.no/displ...l+Calculations

The resulting mesh looks something like the figure that I attached. I have shrunk the boundaries and changed the grid resolution between regions for illustration purposes only. This makes it easier to see the different meshed regions within the grid.

My question is the following:

How does one partition the existing grid (using the blockMeshDict method) to introduce a Junker flap at the trailing edge of the existing airfoil?
