atieh is on a distinguished road

I need to build the thin plate in the sheet (length/thickness=100). The mesh aspect ratio is also 10. When I run the sanppyhexmesh the background mesh changes. How can I stop it? I don't want to change the background mesh.

Thanks for your help.
