[Gmsh] Nasa Nozzle: Plot 3D -->gmsh -->fluent - no physical groups

Hello guys,

I am a new user of Ansys fluent and Gmsh. In my first project I have to simulate an acoustic research nozzle 2 from NASA and compare some turbulence models.

So i have downloaded the different meshtypes (3D) + Neutral Map files from this homepage:

If I import only the .p3dfmt to Fluent I have no information about the boundary surfaces.

So i converted my .p3dfmt together with the NeutralMapFile into a gmsh-file using this script.

Now in Gmsh i could see the boundary zones. But if I look into the .geo file it looks a bit strange. I think there is something wrong?!

So if I export this .msh from gmsh to fluent using a Nastran Bluk data file format the information about the physical groups get lost. (I dont clicked "save - ignore physical groups)
In addition other formats like .unv does not give the right informations in fluent.

My questions:

1. Is there something wrong with my physical groups in gmsh?
2. How could I export the whole informations including physical groups?
3. Are there any other ways to get the .p3d together with the .nmf into fluent?

Okay i have discared the gmsh data.

Instead of that i created my own surfaces using Icem and the option ofcreating new parts!
