trouble shooting for 3d complex geometry using blockMesh

Dear OpenFOAM users,
I am posting the blockMeshDict entries of a 3d geometry of a vortex tube, which I have to simulate for the partial fulfillment of thermal engineering project work as per my curriculum.
I am getting errors with the wedge blocks regions, particularly in it's wall boundry definition. The error says about face having no neighbouring faces and having multiple faces not connected with any face. Although the checkMesh is good baring those commented faces and wedge (which are necessary to be defined is this fashion in order to keep nonOrthogonal errors and skewness with in limits).
I am sure that some of the foamers can trouble shoot this problem. welcoming (un)commenting.:D

Sorry foamers the upload link is not working so I am uploading a zip file of the file with this message. No convenient file hosting sites err !
