setup with Dynamic Mesh for VOF

Dear all,

I want to simulate a multiphase case with VOF approach and with dynamic mesh. The motion is translational and rotational as shown in the attachment. I am very much aware about interFoam and interDyMFoam. My question is concerned only with the dynamic motionProperties dictionary.
