Do the mesh related to rotating inlet?

Default Do the mesh related to rotating inlet?

Hello, everyone.

As the pic, Normally, the liquid flow in axis direction. But I wanna add a radial rotating speed to liquid. How can I realize it? Do I need to make cyclic in Inlet?
