An Abnormal Circle Refinement In sHM Result

Hi there!

I use salome + sHM to generate a sHM, right now the topo and snappy result seems quite well except one trouble: there is an abnormal circle refinement in my sHM result.

the refinement only exist in the z=0 plane, so it's not a sphere surface refinement.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!
