I need to convert the mesh generated by a commercial simulator to a mesh in foam. The mesh created in the commercial simulator is a very simple cartesian mesh. Here is one representation of the mesh:

As you can see there is arbitrary variable grid sizes in the mesh with no specific scaling factors.

How can I accomplish this mesh generation in foam-extend-3.2?
