Default how to create a sin() function mesh?

hi, foamers
when I read papers, I found that in many turbulent papers, many authors adopt a chebyshev gauss-lobatto mesh or sin() function mesh, see in the below attachment.

is there any mesh software can create this mesh?

Perhaps blockmesh with polyline?
