only snap edges of specific region with snappyHexMesh

Hi,

I am running a case with dynamic mesh motion where an object is moving depending on the pressure applied to it. To do this accurately, I am adding and removing layers next to two facezones. This works best only if the layers are composed of hexahedra.

When snappyHexMesh snaps vertices close to the facezones where I add/delete layers, it creates quite a few elements that are not suited to my needs. Most of the geometry is quite simple so it is ok to avoid snapping vertices. However, my inlet is quite irregular and requires snapping in order to get it right. Is there a way to snap the vertices on the edges of a selected region only?

Thanks in advance for any help

Cheers
Mike
