Thank you. Just so I'm clear, you ran blockMesh before running snappyHexMesh, correct? I have always run blockMesh to create a basic mesh larger than my domain first before running snappyHexMesh, but the thread comment "I have never considered snappyHexMeshing without blockMesh" made me think that maybe others were doing something different.
