ccm mesh calculation error

i used ccm26tofoam conversioned mesh to of1712 , and i want solver the case by interFoam (multiphase:air and water) . The residual is ok all of them reduced to 1e-6. but error came out . I post checkmesh and interfoam.log who can help me check this what's wrong in the case
And i find when i use tetrahedra mesh checkMesh will be error why? |
