Using extrudeMesh to create an axisymmetric mesh yields a wrongOrientedFace

Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to create an axisymmetric mesh for a project.

I am following steps similiar to those performed by Tobi which he generously shares on his webpage, but instead of using snappyHexMesh to generate the mesh before extruding I am using GridPro. (I prefer a structured mesh rather than cut-cell).

I am running into an issue though, after I use extrudeMesh, checkMesh says I have 1 wrongOrientedFace. Inspecting the file and confirming with foamToVTK, this face is the axis.

I have tried recreating the mesh in several different densities in hopes that the single face was just a odd result, but it appears consistently.
I have also tried manually re-orienting the face by editing the order of the points in the faces file, but that just resulted in a new checkMesh error.

Would anyone have any tips on how I may resolve this wrongOrientedFace issue?
