Good Morning,
ich searched the Forum and couldn't find anything. I want to create a MultiRegion mesh for chtMultiRegionFoam. I have a solid (steel), a second solid (copper) and a non-newtonian Liquid. Those three regions share faces. How do i mesh the three regions with Ansys Workbench? Using blockMesh and snappyHexMesh is not an Option, since the STL Quality from SolidWorks is bad and SolidWorks is not able to save Multiregion STL Files. Regards, fanta |

Hello,
In Ansys meshing you can mesh multi-regions (cell zones) as you do for a single region. It doesn't differ much. Only try to generate conformal mesh in order to avoid complications in shared faces. Regards |
