Snappyhexmesh geometry size smaller than grid size generated with blockMesh

Dear All,

I have a question about snappyhexmesh. I generated a mesh with blockmesh, which is a cub. The grid length is 0.001 m. However, I need to create a inlet, which is 0.0004 m by radius. I added it in the geometry part:

geometry
{

f1
{
type searchableDisk;
origin (-0.1 0.055 0.025);
normal (1 0 0);
radius 0.0004;
}

}

but after meshing, it doesn't show. The geometry with radius of 0.004 can be seen. This means that the problem is this radius is too small, smaller than the grid size created with blockMesh. Any solution for this?

Thanks

Best regards

ZL
