"Cannot determine normal vector from patches" for complex geometry using SHM
 

Hello,

I am using OpenFOAM-v1812 on windows. I have created a background mesh for my STL file and checked it with checkMesh, and ran surfaceFeatureExtract. When I then run snappyhexMesh, after a few seconds I get the error message in the title. Does anyone know a possible reason for this error?
