Hi all,
I have a question about the renumberMesh utility since it may perform different renumbering but I can't find the origin. I created a volScalarField called meshid whose internalfield value is the cellID: Code:
internalField nonuniform List<scalar> 40483 ( 0 1 2 ... 40480 40481 40482 ); Code:
renumberMesh -overwrite Looking at the compiler options, I found that all OF versions are compiled with options Code:
linux64GccDPInt32Opt Thanks, Pierre |

Hi all,
I found the explanation. There are some issues in openfoam-version 7 of July 2019 which has been corrected (patched) in th version of September 2019. The pre-compiled packages are correctly updated but the source available on the website www.openfoam.org are from July 2019 and not updated. This should be updated on the website to avoid similar issues for of-user who wants to compile openfoam on their computers. Pierre |
