[Salome] Unwanted face inside a geometry made with IdeasUnvToFoam

Dear CFD-Online users
I have a terrible problem with mesh made in Salome, converged to OF format via IdeasUnvToFoam. After the conversion I can see an additional, unwanted face inside the internal cells. It means I have a totally unnecessary face in the middle of a valve which should be empty inside. Please see the attached photo.
Do you have any ideas how to deal with this problem? It would be perfect to make them "transparent" in terms of boundary conditions, so the faces don't have any specific boundary conditions or even becomes part of internal mesh.
I tried to make them "empty" but it solves the case in only one direction.
Any tips how to get rid of this face "defaultFaces"?

Dear HelpMeWithThisMeshGuysPlx,
there is no attached photo!
And usually such magic faces are being created by human hand in Salome (based on personal experience). Can you upload please some pictures showing your Salome model or even upload your entire Salome model, if possible? I can investigate it.
