[blockMesh] bakward facing step

Hi all,
I couldn't generate this mesh similar to attached image for backward-facing step case,
Is there anybody who would favour to me to do this mesh for me especially expansion ratio section of it or give me the blockMeshDict of this case?!

So you want people to create a mesh for you by looking at a PNG file.

Nevermind, that mesh is available at `tutorials/incompressible/simpleFoam/backwardFacingStep2D/` or something like that in OFv1912 or several versions below.

You are judging incorrectly
First of all, I never wanna a mesh file to download it but since this case seems to be a tutorial that I haven't access to it, I expressed my request in this form. Secondly, My only demand was to explain how this mesh was graded.
